Highlights of St. Lawrence Market

South Market and North Market

St. Lawrence Market
St. Lawrence Market is a market in Toronto’s Old Town where you can experience food culture and everyday shopping. The South Market brings together food stalls, restaurants, and shops selling ingredients, allowing you to choose snacks or provisions as you walk through the building. Its appeal lies not only in viewing exhibits at a tourist attraction, but also in experiencing an atmosphere close to the daily life of local residents.

St. Lawrence Market
The North Market hosts farmers’ markets and antique markets on weekends. The products on offer and the character of the market change depending on the day. The experience also differs depending on whether you visit to eat or to stroll through the market and enjoy its atmosphere. Combined with the nearby Old Town and esplanade, a visit lets you move from the bustle inside the building to the historic streetscape outside.
