Basic information
London’s terminal stations are concentrated along Marylebone Road and the River Thames.
Britain has 2 major rail arteries running through England and Scotland: the East Coast Main Line and the West Coast Main Line. Their respective London termini are King’s Cross and Euston stations.
Running north to south through inland England between the East Coast Main Line and the West Coast Main Line is the Midland Main Line. Its London terminus is St Pancras station.
King's Cross, St Pancras and Euston stations all face Marylebone Road, and they are also arranged from east to west in the order of the East Coast Main Line, Midland Main Line and West Coast Main Line, making them easy to use once you remember the sequence.

St Pancras Station is also served by Eurostar international trains, which travel in the opposite direction from the Midland Main Line and connect London with Paris and other European cities.
