Highlights of St Pancras Station

St Pancras Station is the London terminus of the Midland Main Line, which connects the capital with Sheffield in central England.
Britain has 2 major rail arteries running through England and Scotland: the East Coast Main Line and the West Coast Main Line. Between them, the Midland Main Line runs north to south through inland England.
St Pancras is also the London terminal for international Eurostar trains connecting the city with Paris and other European destinations.
In the Harry Potter novels, the Hogwarts Express departs from and arrives at King’s Cross station, but the St Pancras station building was chosen as a filming location for Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets. This was because the neighboring St Pancras made a more visually striking station building on film than King’s Cross.
