Things to See at Euston Station

Euston Station is the London terminus of the West Coast Main Line, which connects London with the Scottish cities of Glasgow and Edinburgh.
The West Coast Main Line, together with the East Coast Main Line, is one of the principal railway arteries running north to south through Great Britain. One of the main train operators on the West Coast Main Line is Avanti West Coast.
Because the West Coast Main Line has few straight sections, Pendolino tilting trains have been introduced to enable higher speeds through curves.
Pendolino technology was developed in Italy. The Italian railway company Trenitalia has an ownership stake in Avanti West Coast.
Euston Station is also served by the Caledonian Sleeper, one of the United Kingdom’s iconic sleeper trains.
The differences between London's main terminal stations and railway lines are introduced in the article below.

British Rail Class 390 ‘Pendolino’

It is an Alstom tilting electric train. Its hamster-like appearance is adorable.
Tilting train bodies are widely used on Italian high-speed trains. To distinguish it from the original Italian Pendolino, it is sometimes called the Pendolino britannico (British Pendolino) in Italy.
The article below introduces Italian railway vehicles and the Pendolino.

On the left is a Class 221 “Super Voyager”. Built by Bombardier, it is a tilting train like the Pendolino. The Class 221 is diesel-powered, while the Class 390 is electric, allowing tilting trains with different forms of traction to be compared at the same station.
British Rail Class 92 ‘Caledonian Sleeper’

The Caledonian Sleeper is an overnight train connecting London with cities across Scotland.
